For the products of 4-24 inch,We will shipping the order by air.Processing takes 2-3 days. Shipping and handling can require 1-2 weeks depending on your global location. Shipping is handled via EMS, UPS, or Fedex.
For the lifesized warriors of 50-76 inch, as their weight and size, we will deliver the order by ocean. So usually, the order will take one month to reach you, for the customized warriors, it will take 1-2 month to reach you.
How do you deal with the orders of lifesized warriors?For the lifesized warriors, our price Include below:
- Terracotta Warrior replica price;
- Marine Insurance (optional);
- Sea shipping fee to certain ports included in this list. If your preferred destination port is not in our list, please contact us for shipping fee.
Price Exclusions:
- Customs Clearance and Destination Charge to be collected in your country;

What should I do if I never received the shipment?If an item is reported as not received, we will investigate and also communicate with the shipping company to determine if something was actually lost in shipment or if it was just delayed.
