Introduction of Product
The terra cotta warriors in china were found standing in battle formation. The blocks of soldiers form tight rectangles which have lots of space between them. By studying the battle groups, we have been able to determine that the military employed a very modern organizational approach which would allow dozens or even hundreds of small units to either act in coordination, or individually. This would provide the benefits of both strict coordination as well as flexibility.
Every group had an officer controlling it. Instructions were sent visually and by loud instruments. In addition to group leadership, officers were also responsible for moral, order, and battle readiness.
